CT Man Living In Home Where Marlborough Woman Was Found Dead Faces New Strangulation Charge
A Connecticut man who lives in the home where a woman was found dead earlier this year has turned himself in to police after being charged with strangling and threatening a woman he met on a dating app.
Cole Werhan, 28, of Burlington, turned himself in to police on Wednesday, June 25, and was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, and second-degree strangulation/suffocation, according to Connecticut State Police. His bond was initially set at $100,000 before a judge raised it to $750,000.

Federal agents say a Massachusetts man had thousands of child sexual abuse files on his device and admitted to buying and selling the material online.
Yojuande Blaize, 23, of Southbridge, was arrested and charged on Thursday, May 21, with possession of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
Investigators said they found child sexual abuse material during a review of a folder on Blaize’s device that allegedly contained more than 7,000 videos and images.
