Cambridge Coffee Shop Chain Closing All Locations After 30 Years Of Service The City of Cambridge is about to get severly decaffeinated after a local coffee shop chain announced they will be closing all their locations after several decades.  Steven and Isabel Darwin, co-founders of Darwin's Ltd., said they decided to retire after running the chain for nearly 30 years on Twitter.  Darwin's has been serving the Cambridge community with its "award-winning sandwiches and carefully curated coffees in a vibrant atmosphere" since 1993, the chain's website reads.
