Geoff Fox, Former Wtnh Meteorologist Known For His Warmth And Wit, Dies After Cancer Battle
Geoff Fox, the beloved former WTNH-TV meteorologist of 26 years, has died, his wife announced. He was 75.
Fox died in his sleep on Tuesday, Nov. 11, after entering hospice care earlier this year. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2016.
His wife, Helaine Fox, wrote on Facebook that the final months of his life were brightened as fans and former colleagues shared memories and messages of support on social media.

Glastonbury Teen, 15, Dies Weeks After Car Crash: 'His Warmth, Kindness Touched Everyone'
A 15-year-old boy who was critically injured in a three-car crash last month has died from his injuries at an area hospital, with his family by his side.
Dillon Dupuis, a sophomore at Glastonbury High School, and another teenager suffered catastrophic injuries in the Oct. 24 wreck on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury, police said. Dupuis had remained in the hospital ever since.
On Wednesday, Glastonbury High School Principal Dr. Nancy Bean emailed parents, teachers, and staff to tell them Dupuis had succumbed to his injuries.

Police ID Boy, 8, Grandfather Killed In CT House Fire; Community Plans Vigil
Authorities have identified the 8-year-old boy and his grandfather, who were killed in a fire on Monday, Nov. 3. Now, the community plans to hold a vigil to honor them.
Aurelian Kamp, 8, and John Morris, 72, were killed when the George Street home they lived in caught fire around 12:30 a.m. Two other adults, including the boy's mom, and two other children were also inside when the blaze began, North Haven firefighters said.
The boy's mother remained hospitalized on Tuesday, but no one else was injured.
Investigators believe a cigarette sparked the blaze.

A 39-year-old Connecticut father who was fatally shot while watching a movie with a 12-year-old child is being remembered for his kindness and generosity.
Andrew Michael Olson, of Canterbury, was shot in the chest around 9:20 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, inside a home on Pratt Road in Killingly, police said.
Michelle Yeagher, 65, was arrested and charged with the killing, Connecticut State Police said.
A family member launched a GoFundMe campaign to help Olson’s family cover funeral expenses. The fundraiser had collected $3,600 of its $4,500 goal as of Thursday afternoon.

Bloomfield Man ID'd As Driver Killed In East Granby Crash
A 75-year-old Connecticut man has been identified as the victim killed in a single-car crash over the weekend, authorities said.
Alan Rosenthal, of Bloomfield, died after a crash on South Main Street in East Granby on Sunday, Oct. 19, shortly before 3 p.m., according to Connecticut State Police.
It’s unclear why, but Rosenthal’s Infiniti left the roadway, slid onto the grass shoulder, went down an embankment, and crashed into a tree, authorities said.

CT Man Killed After Falling 16-Feet At Church Construction Project
A 65-year-old man who fell 16-feet from scaffolding at a Waterbury church on Monday morning, Oct. 20, has died of his injuries, authorities said.
Waterbury first responders were. called to Our Lady of Lebanon, at 1544 Hamilton Ave., around 7:15 a.m. to reports of a man falling from a height of 16-feet and sustaining severe head damage, police said.
