38-Year-Old Drowns In Trumbull Lake A Fairfield County man died after divers found his body at the bottom of a lake. The incident occurred in Trumbull around 7 p.m. at Pinewood Lake, in the Nichols section of town, on Wednesday, July 3. According to Lt. Brian Weir of the Trumbull Police, William Krahe, of Trumbull, was pulled from the water at Pinewood Lake.  He was transported to Saint Vincent’s Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead after police and fire department personnel located him underwater and brought him to shore, Weir said. Fairfield County Man Charged After Incident That Injured 2, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been charged in a domestic violence incident that injured two. It happened in Easton around 8:20 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31 at a home on Everett Road. According to Easton Police Chief Richard Doyle, officers responded to the home after receiving a 911 call reporting a disturbance. When officers arrived on the scene they found a fight had occurred between a man and woman, Doyle said. Suspect On Run After Juvenile Killed At Large Fairfield County Birthday Party, Police Say A suspect is on the run after a male juvenile was killed during a shooting at a large 13th birthday party at a banquet hall in Fairfield County. The shooting took place in Fairfield at the Calvin United Church banquet hall on Kings Highway East around 10:30 p.m., Saturday, July 9.
