Teen, 14, Seriously Hurt In Car Vs. Pedestrian Crash Released From Hospital: Police
A 14-year-old who was hit by a car last week in Connecticut has been released from the hospital as he continues to heal from his injuries, authorities said.
A car crashed into the teen in Waterbury on Friday, Sept. 27, just before 7:15 p.m. on Watertown Avenue. Police said they were hit while walking in the roadway, but it's unclear if they were in a crosswalk.
The teen's name was not released.
A 75-year-old man, who was driving the car, and his 73-year-old female passenger were not injured in the crash, Watertown police said.

Middlesex County resident Paul Krampitz, age 65, of Cromwell, was killed Thursday, Sept. 18, when a car crashed into his Harley Davidson motorcycle around 4:15 p.m. near Exit 33 on Route 9 in Berlin, Connecticut State Police said. Paramedics rushed him to New Britain Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Police have identified the man and woman who were killed last week in a single-vehicle crash on I-95 in Connecticut.
Timothy Montague, age 36, and Lori-Lynn Botero, 34, both of New London, died on Friday night, Sept. 13, when Montague's truck clipped a guardrail at the Exit 87 off-ramp in Groton, struck a tree, and burst into flames, Connecticut State Police said.
They died at the scene. Police did not define Montague and Botero's relationship.

65-Year-Old Killed In 2-Vehicle Route 1 Crash In Milford
A Connecticut resident was killed after he allegedly hit another vehicle, police said.
The crash occurred in New Haven County on Tuesday, Aug. 13, in the area of 1061 Boston Post Road (Route 1) in Milford.
According to the Milford Police, a preliminary investigation reveals that a vehicle traveling east on Boston Post Road was struck by an Asceno R2/50 moped.
The moped operator, identified as Brian McGrory, age 65, of Milford, was transported to Bridgeport Hospital, where he died.
