All of the measles deaths reported in the United States so far this year have occurred in Pennsylvania, where a third resident has died amid the nation’s largest outbreak, officials said. A 40-year-old Jefferson County woman died Saturday, Sept. 12, from complications associated with measles, Coroner Greg Furlong announced.
