Man Found Shot Dead At CT Shopping Plaza A man was found shot to death in a Connecticut shopping plaza parking lot, police said. Officers responded to Ideal Plaza on North Street in Seymour around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, after receiving a 911 call about a dead man.
