The incident took place in Hartford County around 8:50 a.m., Monday, Dec. 4 at the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Cottage Grove Road in the Town of Bloomfield. According to Capt. 15-Year-Old Arrested For CT Homicide A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with an alleged homicide in Connecticut over the weekend. The killing of a 17-year-old took place around 2:45 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 9 in the area of 25 Westbrook St., in East Hartford.
