The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m., Sunday, at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 127 West Putnam Ave., in Greenwich. Greenwich Police Capt. The incident took place in Greenwich around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 18 on lower Greenwich Avenue. Joseph Graff, age 26, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 10, after police responded to the coffee shop in Greenwich.
