Bystander Steps In To Prevent Robbery Of Woman In Fairfield County, Police Say Police in Fairfield County are searching for two men who allegedly attempted to rob a woman until a Good Samaritan stepped in and prevented the theft. The incident took place in Greenwich around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 18 on lower Greenwich Avenue. Man Starts Fire At Starbucks In Fairfield County, Fights Officers, Police Say A man was arrested after allegedly starting a fire at a Starbucks in Fairfield County and then fighting with police. Joseph Graff, age 26, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 10, after police responded to the coffee shop in Greenwich. Once police arrived on the scene, they found that Graff had started a fire on the side of the building on Greenwich Avenue and began resisting arrest by running into the highway, blocking traffic, said Lt. The two men, Isaiah Jordan Graham, 18, and Ahmed Diamasy Sawadogo, 18, were arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 6, after they were nabbed by Greenwich Police, said Captain Mark E. Zuccerella.
