CT Man Caught Driving 119 MPH Through I-95 Construction Zone: Police A Stratford man was arrested after state police say he was speeding 119 mph through an active construction zone on I-95 where workers were present.  Rakeim Thompson, 24, was arrested Monday, March 17, after police clocked his blue Infiniti Q50 speeding near Exit 16 in Norwalk just after 10:30 p.m., Connecticut State Police said.
