Police ID Woman Killed In Westbrook Double Shooting Police have released the name of a woman killed in a shooting at a Connecticut home that also left a man critically wounded. Katie Liljedahl died at an East Pond Meadow Road home in Westbrook on Wednesday, Oct. 28, Connecticut State Police said. The other victim, a man in his 40s, remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition. Troopers found John Bongiovanni, 37, of Haddam, outside the home around 5:25 p.m., authorities said. Fusco was killed in a crash at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, near the Exit 2 ramp in East Hartford, according to Connecticut State Police.  Fusco was driving west when his car veered out of its lane and hit a metal guardrail along the right shoulder, police said. The car then went across both lanes and struck the concrete median, a police report said.  It's unclear what caused him to hit the guardrail.  He died at the scene.  State Police …
