Driver Arrested After 6-Year-Old Left On Norwalk Housing Authority Van A 47-year-old Norwalk Housing Authority bus driver was charged with child endangerment after locking a 6-year-old on a bus for the night. The incident occurred in Norwalk on Wednesday, May 15.  According to Sgt.
