Man Suffering Medical Emergency Crashes Into Garage In Area A man suffering from a medical emergency crashed into a garage, causing it to collapse on top of the vehicle. The incident took place around 6:20 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 10 on Elm Street in Stratford when the 68-year-old man crashed a Honda hatchback into the garage, authorities said.
