Stamford Police Nab Convicted Felon With Guns A Stamford man walking down the street smoking a joint and carrying a backpack was the perfect reason for the city's Narc Squad to stop the convicted felon they had been watching. According to Stamford Poice Capt. Rich Conklin, Dontralle Reese, 36, was busted by officers with the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad after they heard on the street that he was dealing marijuana and might have two guns. The unit "set-up" on his Treat Street home and at around 10:30 a.m. Friday, Reese walked out of the home and down the street smoking the joint offering officers the chance they needed …
