Norwalk Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Minor: Police A 27-year-old Fairfield County man faces charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a minor, police said.  Norwalk resident Marco Rodas, age 27, was arrested at his home on Bayview Avenue on Wednesday morning, Aug. 23 on sexual assault charges, according to Norwalk Police Deputy Chief Terrence Blake.  Rodas' arrest stemmed from a complaint in May 2023 from the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) that detailed the sexual assault of a minor, Blake said.  With help from the DCF, Norwalk Special Victims Unit detectives identified …
