Men From Stamford & Norwalk Busted With Loaded Gun, Drugs In Westport WESTPORT, Conn. — A Stamford man and a Norwalk man were arrested after a motor vehicle stop in Westport after a police K9 found a loaded gun and drugs in the car, police said. At 2:45 p.m. Thursday, Officer Kevin Smith spotted a car with an improperly displayed license plate that was registered to a different motor vehicle, police said.  When Smith stopped the car on Saugatuck Avenue near Duck Pond Road, he detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside, police said.  A Norwalk Police K9 unit was brought to the scene to search the vehicle, police said.  K-9 Kai indicated on the center …
