Free Concert At Westport's Levitt Honors First Responders For 9-11

WESTPORT, Conn. -- On Friday, Sept. 11, at 8 p.m., there will be a free concert honoring first responders and saluting Westport Volunteer Emergency Medical Services.

The concert is an opportunity to celebrate the life-saving acts these heroes perform on a daily basis and recognize and remember the sacrifices they make. 

The concert will be at The Levitt Pavilion For The Performing Arts, which is located at 40 Jesup Road.

All are welcome. The concert is presented free-of-charge by the Levitt Pavilion.

DNR, Fairfield County's (Almost) All-Physician Rock Band, will perform.

The concert is sponsored by Matsu Sushi.

Donations are welcome. All proceeds benefit the Westport Volunteer EMS. 

Westport Volunteer Emergency Medical Services will have personnel and vehicles onsite for public display.

For those unable to attend the event, secure donations can be made via Westport Volunteer EMS website.

The Levitt Pavilion Lawn & Concession is open to the public one hour before show-time. Picnics are welcome.
