A former vice president of facilities at White Plains Hospital and a longtime Cortlandt Manor resident died suddenly last week while celebrating during his retirement party.Ossie Dahl, 64, died while celebrating his career with family, friends, and colleagues during a party at the White Plains Woman's Club on Friday, Jan. 11.
