Four Charged After Racing Vehicles Weave In, Out Of Traffic CT Roadways, Police Say Four men were charged after being caught racing on Connecticut roadways including on I-95. The incident took place in New Haven County around 10:15 a.m., on Sunday, July 17 in West Haven. The men were caught after state police at Troop G received multiple 911 calls of a group of six vehicles racing, weaving in and out of traffic, and using the shoulder of the roadway to pass on several roadways, including I-95, said the Connecticut State Police.
