ID Released Of Woman Found Dead On CT Roadway
Police have identified a woman who was found dead lying on the side of a Connecticut roadway. The body of the 43-year-old was discovered around 1:10 p.m., Wednesday, March 16 in New Haven after police received a call from a concerned citizen regarding a body on Springside Avenue. Body Found On CT Roadway, Police Say
Police are awaiting an autopsy report after a woman's body was found on a Connecticut road near a wooded area. The woman was found around noon on Wednesday, March 16 in New Haven on the side of Springside Avenue. Police, who have not been identified the woman, are awaiting autopsy results on Thursday, March 17, before releasing additional information, said Officer Scott Shumway, of the New Haven Police. Two Dead, Four Injured In Separate Connecticut Shootings
Two people are dead and four injured following separate shootings that happened overnight in Connecticut. In New Haven, one person was killed and three injured after three separate shootings. At around 4:20 a.m. Sunday, June 6, responding officers located a 37-year-old New Haven man who was fatally shot on Springside Avenue. Earlier overnight, two 28-year-olds suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds after being shot at Lamberton Street and Rosette Street.
