Suspects Nabbed In Rash Of Vehicle Break-Ins, State Police Say Two men were nabbed for a rash of vehicle break-ins by Connecticut State Troopers and Southbury Police officers. Malachi Johnson, 20, and Kayson Langhorn, 20, both of Waterbury, were arrested Sunday following an investigation into a burglary and larceny in Southbury and Roxbury, according to the state police. The crimes were uncovered when troopers responded around 6:20 pm. Sunday to Southbury Road in Roxbury after a resident reported that two black men were rummaging through his vehicle in his driveway, however, when seen, they fled in a silver sedan, said Trooper Kelly Grant.
