Violent Night: 3 Killed Within Miles In Separate Connecticut Shootings
Three people were killed within miles of each other in two separate Connecticut shootings.
The first victim was shot in Hartford around 12:30 a.m., Sunday, in the area of 675 Wethersfield Ave.
In a separate event just miles away, two men were killed during a shooting at around 1:55 a.m., Sunday, in the area of 82 Sterling St., said Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police.
During the first shooting, Jordan Phipps, age 24, of Bloomfield, was found when Hartford Police responded to a Shotspotter notification on Wethersfield Ave., Boisvert said.

The shootings began around 3 p.m., Monday, March 14 in Stamford when officers responded to 911 calls of a person shot at the intersection of Richmond Hill Ave. and Anne St.
