Two Arrested After 2-Year-Old Alone On Roof Of CT Home Rescued A complaint of a 2-year-old child on a roof led to the arrest of two people, including the child's father, for reckless endangerment. The incident took place around 8:47 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 25, when the Ansonia Police Department received a complaint of a child on the roof of a house on Main Street, said Lt. Patrick Lynch.  Officers located the two-year-old male on the roof about 30 feet above the ground, Lynch said.  Officer Christopher Kelley was able to talk to the child and keep him from moving around the roof while Sgt.
