Fairfield Porch Pirate Caught In Act A porch pirate in Fairfield County was caught red-handed on a doorbell camera stealing packages from an area home in a video released by police investigators. Police investigators in Fairfield are attempting to locate a suspect who was caught on a Ring doorbell camera making off with packages from the front porch of a Rowland Road residence. 
After stealing the packages police said that the man then fled the scene in an older model gold Nissan Pathfinder. Anyone with information regarding the suspect or the porch pirating has been asked to contact Officer Jon Mirra at the Fairfield Police …

Police: Coffee Grab Leads To Three-Car Crash In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Fairfield driver who told police she glanced down to reach a cup of coffee Friday ended up causing a three-car crash, police said. The woman was traveling north on Rowland Road around 9:15 a.m. when she swerved to the right, colliding with an unoccupied parked car, police said. The force of the crash pushed the second car 54 feet across a lawn and into another parked car, where a service person was filing some paperwork, police said. While trying to correct her car, the first driver hit the second car again pushing it into the third car for a second time, police said. …
