Road Rage: Man Points Loaded Gun At Driver Outside Target Store In Trumbull, Police Say A man was charged with allegedly pointing a loaded gun at another driver in a road rage incident at a Target parking lot in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Trumbull around 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, at the Trumbull Target on Hawley Lane. Robert Butler, age 27, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged after police responded to the store after a man called reporting that a man had pointed a gun at him during a road rage incident, said Lt.
