The incident took place in New Haven County on Wednesday, Feb. 15 on Meadows End Road in Milford. According to Milford Police, officers responded to the area for a report of an assault. Brian Andronaco Sr., age 58, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 19, in Wilton. He was charged with two counts of having a nuisance animal, roaming dog, and a failure to comply with a restraining order, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson, of the Wilton Police. Police: Wilton Man Arrested After Violating Restraining Order In New Canaan A Wilton man has been charged with violating a restraining order after an incident that occurred in New Canaan, police said. The man, 57-year-old Kevin Miller, was charged after New Canaan Police say they took a complaint at 10:10 p.m. on Friday, June 22 from the victim. Wilton Police assisted New Canaan Police who traveled to Miller's home on Ruscoe Road to take him into custody. Miller was processed at New Canaan Police Headquarters and released on $10,000 bond. He is due to appear in court on Monday, June 25.
