A Connecticut investment banker who plunged to his death from a rooftop bar in Manhattan was facing two misdemeanor criminal charges tied to a domestic incident.
Fairfield County resident Dale L. Cheney, age 46, of New Canaan, jumped from Bar 54 at the Hyatt Centric Times Square New York at 135 West 45th St. in Manhattan on Wednesday, Jan. 25 around 6:30 p.m., according to the New York City Police.

Man Charged After Dog Attack In Fairfield County, Police Say
A Fairfield County man was charged after two of his dogs allegedly got loose and attacked a miniature horse.
Brian Andronaco Sr., age 58, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 19, in Wilton.
He was charged with two counts of having a nuisance animal, roaming dog, and a failure to comply with a restraining order, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson, of the Wilton Police.
Phillipson said officers responded to 140 Kellogg drive around 2:30 p.m., for a report of a dog attacking a miniature horse.

Man Charged With Assault, Carjacking In Trumbull
A Fairfield County man was arrested for his involvement in a series of crimes that included assaulting and carjacking a woman at gunpoint.
Jose Francisco Ramos, age 52, of Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 9, by US Marshals for the incident which took place on Wednesday, Oct. 13, said Lt. Brian Weir of the Trumbull Police.
On Oct. 13, around 7:40 a.m., Trumbull Police received multiple calls about an armed carjacking at an office building on Corporate Drive, where a gun was displayed, Weir said.

Three Months Before Murder, Woman Found In Woods Tried To Get Restraining Order
A doctor has been indicted for the murder of his wife whose body was found in an outdoor area not far from the couple’s home.
Ingolf Tuerk, 58, of Dover, Massachusetts, was indicted on Thursday, Aug. 20, and is being charged in the murder of 45-year-old Kathleen McLean, the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office said.
Tuerk will be arraigned next week, the DA said. He is being held without bail.
