The Westport Police Department announced that Michael McCrorken turned himself in at police headquarters at approximately 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13 on an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous forgery and larceny arrest. McCrorken was arrested last September after allegedly wrote fake checks to himself from his employer for $23,000. He was charged with second-degree larceny and 37 counts of forgery …

At about 2 a.m. on Feb. 4, police officers were dispatched on a report of a vehicle operating erratically and crossing multiple lanes of travel.  The vehicle was observed traveling westbound on Greens Farms Road. Patient Allegedly Assaulted By Fairfield Woman Westport Medical Facility A 32-year-old Fairfield resident turned herself into police custody this week nearly two years after she allegedly assaulted a patient at a Westport medical facility, according to a report. Elizabeth Scoran surrendered to police in Fairfield on Wednesday, according to the Westport News report, after a warrant for her arrest was obtained. She allegedly assaulted a patient on May 8, 2016, leaving the patient with facial and head injuries. Scoran was charged with third-degree assault and released on $500 bond. She is due to appear in Norwalk Court next month to answer the charge.
