26-Year-Old Woman's Suspicious Death In Redding Under Investigation Connecticut State Police's Major Crimes Squad has taken over the case of a suspicious death of a 26-year-old Fairfield County woman whose body was found in a wooded area. Related: Body Found In Redding On Route 53 The victim, identified as Leah Chaparro, of Bridgeport, was discovered on Sunday, Feb. 18 by a jogger in Redding on Route 53 (Glen Road).
