Man Charged With Murder After Calling State Police To Report A Fall A 65-year-old man has been charged with an alleged homicide after calling Connecticut State Police to report a person had fallen at his home. James Maharg, 65, of Sherman, called state police Thursday, March, 21, to report a man who lived at the Church Road home in Sherman, had fallen and hit his head on a countertop, according to state police.
