Woman Bites, Strikes Man While Holding Baby During Dispute, Police Say A 28-year-old woman was arrested by Milford Police after allegedly biting and hitting a man who was holding an infant at the at the time of the attack. Crystal Westcott, of West Haven, was arrested around 11:30 a.m. Sunday after police responded to a home on a possible domestic violence call, said the Milford Police. When police arrived on the scene the victim told officers that Westcott was throwing items inside the home and then bit and hit the man who was holding the infant child.
