The daily COVID-19 positivity rate in Connecticut held steady under 4 percent as the death toll in the state topped 10,400 since the beginning of the pandemic.
On Wednesday, Feb. 23, 11,467 COVID-19 tests were administered in Connecticut, resulting in 458 confirmed new cases for a 3.99 percent positive infection rate, up slightly from the previous day.
Last month, the infection rate hovered above 20 percent for several weeks, peaking in the middle of the month.
