PAL Scholarships Available To Norwalk High School Students For those interested in pursuing a career in public safety, the Norwalk Police Activities League (PAL) announces applications for their annual scholarships are now available. All Norwalk residents currently attending a Norwalk high school are eligible to apply, the Norwalk Police Department said.  Students must be a graduating senior in good standing and plan to attend an accredited college or university in 2019.  Up to four $2,500 scholarships may be awarded. Monroe Man Suing College Over Safety Of His Daughter A Fairfield County father is attempting to recoup payments he made to a college in Connecticut, suing and claiming that the school is unable to keep his daughter safe following an alleged assault. Monroe resident Paul Lisi is demanding that Albert Magnus College in East Hartford refund his payments of approximately $11,000, alleging that his daughter - who now attends another school - was assaulted twice on campus.
