Pedestrian Killed In Fairfield County Hit And Run Police are on the hunt for a silver-colored vehicle that hit and killed a Bridgeport man, dragging him for more than 50 feet. The incident occurred around 5:15 a.m. Monday at 1617 East Main Street, between Spring Street and Autumn Street, said Av Harris, director of Legislative Affairs/Public Policy for the City of Bridgeport. According to Harris, a preliminary investigation revealed Christopher Bernard Mann, 36, was in the northbound lane of East Main Street near the double yellow lines.
