Woman Charged For Stabbing At I-95 Rest Stop In Fairfield County
A woman who managed to walk away from a crime scene at a Fairfield County I-95 rest stop and was wanted for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend has been caught. State police responded to the Fairfield rest stop around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 26 for a report of a physical fight between a man and a woman. When troopers arrived they found a man bleeding profusely pointing to a woman who he identified as Long Island resident Kristin Allen, age 35, as the person who stabbed him, state police said. ID Released For Person Killed In Hit-Run Fairfield County Crash
Police have released the identity of a motorcyclist killed by an alleged hit-and-run driver in Fairfield County. Hazem H. Mohamed, age 26, of Fairfield, was killed around 7:20 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 2 on Kings Highway East, according to Lt. Michael Paris, of the Fairfield Police. Police responded to the area after receiving several 911 calls to report a crash involving a motorcycle on Kings Highway East near Jennings Road, said Paris. Fairfield County Resident ID'd As One Of Four Victims Of Fatal CT Plane Crash
Two pilots from Connecticut were killed in a plane crash into a commercial building along with a couple from Boston. The Cessna citation 560X business jet crashed around 9:50 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 2, in Hartford County at Trumpf Inc., a manufacturer in Farmington.
