Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Boscov's in New Haven County at about 12:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, according to the Milford Police Department.  The store is located at 1201 Boston Post Road in Milford, police said. Authorities said a loss prevention officer at the store reported that they saw Towana Stephens, of New Haven, take items from the store without paying. He is accused of stealing more than $220 worth of merchandise from Boscov's.  The business is located at the Connecticut Post Mall at 1201 Boston Post Road (Route 1).

Mirka Moline Garzon, 25, of New Haven, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 27, after Milford Police responded to the store at 1201 Boston Post Road on a report of shoplifting, said the Milford Police. An investigation found that Garzon allegedly stole $480 in merchandise from the store. She was arrested and charged with larceny and released on a promise to appear ticket.

Two Women Accused Of Stealing $380 In Merchandise From Boscov’s Two area women were nabbed with $380 worth of goods they allegedly stole from Boscov’s in Milford. Monica Santos, 34, and  Maria Rodriguez, 34, both of Bridgeport, were charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny after being caught on Thursday, Oct. 22, said the Milford Police. The women were arrested after Milford Police responded to the store at 1201 Boston Post Road, on a report of shoplifting.  An investigation led to the arrest of Santos and Rodriguez who were later released on a promise to appear ticket.
