Popular Deli On Westchester/Fairfield County Border Under New Ownership After 31 Years After 31 years in business, West Lane Pizza & Deli in Ridgefield, an iconic spot near the Northern Westchester/Fairfield County border, will be operating under new owners. Since 1988, owners John and Anna Saoulidis have run the Ridgefield staple, which officially closed its doors as of Tuesday, Dec. 31. The location will now be run by new owner Kosta Efstathiades, whose father sold the spot to the Saoulidis’ more than 30 years ago.
