Attempted Street Takeover: 5 Charged After CT Incident Involving 100 ATVs Two men are facing charges after more than 100 all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) attempted a street takeover in a Connecticut city. The incident occurred in Hartford around 6 p.m., Saturday, March 30. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, the department received numerous complaints from throughout the city regarding a group of ATVs driving recklessly and causing hazardous conditions.
