Monroe Police Charge Newtown Man In Gas Station Robbery

MONROE, Conn. -- Monroe police have made an arrest in a gas station holdup in September, according to a report in monroecourier.com.

Newtown resident Christopher Basso, 25, is facing charges of first-degree robbery, third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first- and third-degree robbery, monroecourier.com reported. 

The robbery took place Sept. 6 at the Buck Stop service station on Route 25, according to monroecourier.com.
