Back To School: Dannel Malloy To Lead University Of Maine System
Former Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy is taking his talents north in New England, going from the State Capitol in Hartford to Boston College Law School and now to the University of Maine. The University of Maine System Board of Trustees unanimously voted to appoint Malloy as the next Chancellor, replacing James Page, who will retire effective as of June 30. The appointment comes after more than a year of planning and a nationwide search. “My time in electoral politics is over, but I am still passionate about providing public service leadership that matters,” Malloy said in a statement.…

Former CT High School Standouts Playing Key Roles In NCAA Tournament
There may be no Connecticut Huskies in this year’s NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, but there are still plenty of ballers in the Field of 68 that call the Nutmeg State home. Most notable of the players is Steven Enoch, a redshirt junior on the Louisville Cardinals. Enoch, a native of Norwalk, actually played his first two years of collegiate hoops with UConn before transferring out of the program in 2017 due to differences with former coach Kevin Ollie.
