Man Rescued From Icy Waters At Marina In Stamford
An elderly man took a frosty dip at a Fairfield County marina when he slipped off the dock and required police intervention to rescue him from the frigid waters. Officers from the Stamford Police Department responded to the TGM Anchor Marina at approximately 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, when they received a report that an 80-year-old man had fallen into the water while tending to his boat.
