Cos Cob Man Reportedly Stumbling In Street Had Warrant For His Arrest, Police Say A man wanted by police in Connecticut was taken into custody after he was found stumbling around a sidewalk and caused concern for passersby, investigators with the Greenwich Police Department announced.  Officers from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched near the McDonald’s on East Putnam Avenue in Riverside at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Monday, June 17, to check on the welfare of a man in the area.
