Atlantic City police were called to the Club Wyndham Skyline Tower at 5:28 a.m. on Monday on a report of a man hanging from the balcony of an upper level floor.
Police officers were escorted to a hotel room by security where they found a rope tied around the balcony railing.
The Atlantic City Fire Department responded and assisted in the recovery of the body, according to Lt. Kevin Fair, a police department spokesman.
