TRUMBULL, Conn. - Belinda Guerrera of Trumbull died April 2. She was 83.
Guerrera was born and raised in Stamford, a daughter of Joseph and Maria Uva. She was a graduate of the University of Bridgeport and worked for General Electric as an administrative assistant for 50 years. She was a member of the GE Elfun Retirees.
Guerrera is survived by her son, William (Lauren) Guerrera, of Monroe; two grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; brother, Sylvio Uva; and two sisters, Angela Lionetti and Rose Prizio.
Calling hours are from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 7 at Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 8 at 9 a.m. at the funeral home and 10 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, 4700 Madison Ave., Trumbull, CT 06611. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Newtown.
