Upon arriving at the fast-food restaurant, they saw Joseph Kenyhercz, aged 40, sleeping in the driver's seat of his car while it was still in the driving lane of the parking lot. Police: Drunken Driver Fell Asleep In Wendy's Drive-Thru In Milford MILFORD, Conn. — A 26-year-old man was arrested on drunken driving charges after he fell asleep in the drive-thru at Wendy's overnight, Milford police said. Milford police were called to the Pilot Travel Center on Old Gate Lane at 2:53 a.m. Sunday about the driver.  An investigation led to the arrest of Angel Irizarry of West Haven on a charge of driving under the influence, police said. Irizarry provided a breath sample, which showed he had an elevated blood alcohol level, police said.  He was released on $500 bond for a court appearance on Feb. 8.
