Woman Killed In I-95 Crash In Connecticut
A 48-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash on I-95 that blocked the roadway for hours. The crash took place around 7:39 p.m. Sunday in the area of Exit 64 in Westbrook when the driver of a 1978 Jeep traveling south, swerved hard to the left causing the vehicle to roll over and strike the median, said Connecticut State Police. The driver, 48-year-old Kyle Francis Ford of Clinton was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, state police said.
