Meatball & Co. was opened in May of 2013 by Chef Joe Criscuoulo, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. With an extensive background in Italian cooking, he’s managed to successfully merge his favorite type of cuisine with modernized varieties and “fun” comfort food options to specialize in one dish: the meatball.
“This isn’t like any other meatball establishment…Chef Joe put his own spin on it and took the challenge of crafting an on-going series of balls based on unique dishes and fan favorite meals, like the buffalo chicken ball and the bacon cheeseburger ball,” reads the restaurant’s website.
And it’s true - perusing the menu, you’ll find plenty of salads and veggie options, but meatballs are the real stars of the show. Choose from beef, chicken, spicy pork, eggplant, buffalo chicken, gluten-free beef and other specialty varieties, pair it with a sauce and a pasta and take your taste buds on a journey they won’t soon forget.
It’s no surprise that Meatball & Co. has earned a solid reputation of 4.9/5 stars on Facebook with more than 125 reviews.
