Out-Of-State Man Nabbed For CT Road-Rage Incident Connecticut State Police troopers busted an out-of-state man with an illegal handgun following an alleged road-rage incident involving a child. Troopers received an emergency call at approximately 11:09 p.m. on Friday, June 11 from a driver reporting a road-rage incident involving a driver with a gun on I-95 near exit 34 in Milford. According to police, they located the driver’s blue Hyundai driving southbound on I-95 past exit 24, at which point a traffic stop was conducted in the I-95 Fairfield Rest Area.
