Video: CT Cop Charged With Assault For Using Stun Gun 3 Times On Suspect A Connecticut police officer has been charged with assault and cruelty to a person for using his stun gun on a suspect three times during an arrest, according to authorities. In New Haven County, Naugatuck Police Officer Nicolas David Kehoss, age 36, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 30 by the Connecticut State Police in Southbury.
