YouTube Banning All Vaccine Misinformation, Expanding Earlier Policy On

YouTube announced that it will be taking steps to help curtail the spread of anti-vaccination videos that spread misinformation about vaccines. In a blog posted on Wednesday, Sept. 29, YouTube, which is owned by Google, announced that it will be expanding medical misinformation policies with new guidelines specifically regarding vaccines. Moving forward, the policies will be expanded regarding currently administered vaccines that are federally approved and have proven to be safe and effective by local and international health officials.
