One Killed, One Severely Injured In Crash On Quinnipiac Avenue After Police Chase
This story has been updated. One person was killed and another severely injured in a crash following a police chase that started in Hamden and ended in New Haven, according to state police. Janelle Gibbs, 24, of New Haven, was killed around 2 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Quinnipiac Avenue and Foxon Boulevard following a chase with the Hamden Police, said Trooper Kelly Grant.
